The SG100 plasma spray gun of Praxair Surface Technology Co., Ltd. is an 80 KW polymorphic spray gun that can be applied to many applications. SG100 can provide incomparable applicability whether it is mass production requiring high quality, uniform and repeatable coating, or small batch production requiring fast and flexible production.
The unique design of SG100 makes it possible to use internal or external powder feeding. Internal powder feeding can ensure that particles can be sent to the position with the highest energy density of the plasma beam, which can provide the best energy exchange and particle speed, and the combination of the above two points can achieve the highest coating deposition efficiency. The two internal powder feeding ports of SG100 can be used independently and simultaneously to achieve high spraying speed, and also to realize the mixing of different materials in the plasma beam.
Also available is the form of powder delivery. The external powder feeding port can replace the internal powder feeding port, and can also be used in combination with the internal powder feeding port. Both internal and external powder feeding can provide many angles of incidence. The combination of double internal powder feeding and external powder feeding makes SG100 the most effective plasma spraying equipment. Through a series of hardware provided by us, SG100 can work at a series of spraying speeds or modes, including subsonic, Mach I, and Mach II, with a maximum power of 80 KW.
SG100 can use a series of gases, including argon, nitrogen, helium and hydrogen. Using helium as secondary gas can greatly prolong the service life of spare parts and reduce the operation and assembly costs. On average, a set of hardware can work for 200-300 hours. When assembly is required, SG100's fewer components and self-centering design make the work fast and accurate: SG100 cannot be assembled incorrectly and does not need to be adjusted. SG100 meets strict CE requirements.
Under specific operating conditions, the continuous working time of SG100 plasma spray gun components can reach 3 times of that of other spray guns. Considering the relatively low cost of its consumable parts, the convenience of maintaining the spray gun, and the particularly long service life of key components, SG100 is an economical and high-quality spray tool.
