The SG200 plasma spray gun produced by Plax Surface Technology Co., Ltd. is a general 40 kW plasma spray gun. The SG200 is machine-mounted and can be used for 90-degree inner hole spraying. SG200 can meet the spraying requirements of high efficiency, high consistency and high repeatability coatings.
SG200 plasma spray gun has the function of internal or external powder feeding. The internal powder feeding mode may improve the heat exchange efficiency of particles in the plasma flame flow, and enable particles to obtain higher particle velocity in the plasma flame flow under the condition of melting to improve the deposition efficiency.
The optional two external powder feeding ports can be used separately or simultaneously with the internal powder feeding port. The multiple feeding angles of the external feeding port make the SG200 more flexible.
The process gases available for SG200 plasma spray gun include argon, nitrogen, helium and hydrogen. Use helium as secondary gas to prolong the service life of the spray gun, reduce the operation cost and maintenance time.
The assembly of the SG200 plasma spray gun is simple and convenient. The adaptive design makes the SG200 spray gun assembly without adjustment and without the possibility of assembly error.
