The 3620 plasma controller is designed to be suitable for spraying production environment. It forms a convenient and simple control console for various controls required by plasma spraying. Use a large and readable instrument to display the air pressure and back pressure. Solid state power control can make the selection of working current before igniting the plasma spray gun. The current control accuracy can reach 1% of the set point. The 3620 model is equipped with a microprocessor supported controller, which can automatically start the gas and power functions in sequence and keep the plasma gun at the predetermined working parameters. The controller can be programmed in standard or reprogrammed for special sequences, including time relays.
 

"Critical microporous gas flow control"

The 3620 control cabinet uses a critical micropore flowmeter for flow control. Compared with the float flowmeter, the critical micropore flowmeter has higher accuracy. At the same time, the critical micro-pore flowmeter has no moving parts, so there is no problem that the flow accuracy of the float flowmeter will decrease with the increase of service time due to the wear of the glass tube. This makes it possible to obtain high-precision and repeatable gas control. Unlike the float flowmeter, the orifice flowmeter is not sensitive to the back pressure. Constant and reproducible gas parameters can ensure the quality and reproducibility of the coating.

The control cabinet has safety self-locking to prevent the spray gun from working in case of water, electricity and gas circuit failure. The control cabinet also integrates NFPA type "Z" purging and audio-visual alarm. The contactless power control makes it possible to preset the current before firing the gun and ensure that the current fluctuation range is within 1%.

Model 3621 voltage controller: designed to easily detect the spray gun voltage (measure the voltage at the spray gun) or the system voltage (measure at the input end of the high-frequency generator). Due to the degradation of water-cooled cables in use, their resistance increases and seriously affects the performance of the system. The 3621 remote control function enables the operator to switch between the system and the spray gun and display it on the power controller. In this way, it is very convenient to measure the pressure difference of the water-cooled cable and master its use status.
