Thermal spraying equipment and materials
The 7700 computer closed-loop control plasma spraying control system is a new generation of upgraded products of Plax Surface Technology. The 7700 universal plasma spraying system based on PC+PLC control improves the stability and reproducibility of the spraying process. This system is particularly helpful for improving efficiency and reducing costs, and for closed-loop control and adjustment of thermal spraying parameters. The 7700 universal plasma spraying system also has data acquisition options, which can effectively help us formulate measures to control quality and cost.
"Reduce the variability of coating quality through closed-loop control of net energy of plasma spraying"
The special software program including the real-time monitoring and control capability of plasma spraying parameters and the closed-loop control algorithm in the automatic control process can often maintain high production efficiency and coating quality. The 7700 universal plasma spraying system can provide accurate and consistent gas flow and stable plasma energy, thus ultimately reducing the variability of coating quality.
The 7700 universal plasma spraying system allows the operator to input ideal spraying parameters and adjust the spraying process completely by the control mode, so that it can achieve faster and more accurate adjustment than any traditional plasma system. The system can adapt to all commercialized plasma spray guns, but it is especially suitable for matching with the SG-100 plasma spray gun of PRAXAIR-TAFA.
"The latest technology developed by 7700 universal plasma spraying system realizes faster and more accurate adjustment"
The 7700 universal plasma spraying system uses a powerful PLC to monitor and control the spraying parameters. The advanced touch screen workstation controller provides a friendly user interface for the operator. The data acquisition and expansion system with excellent functions can provide convenient diagnosis for the maintenance of operating mechanism and system.
The 7701 control module incorporates advanced technology and takes the powerful industrial touch screen computer as the carrier; The computer interface is friendly and the menu is intuitive. The pipe fittings and electronic components are installed in the sealed cabinet which is easy to find.
The system has the process control capability of storing the powder pre-programmed process in a selected range. A comprehensive post-processing statistical software package is provided in a comprehensive program to thoroughly analyze the coating operation and detailed records. The organic combination of closed-loop control and mass flow control of plasma gas and carrier gas, together with the optional closed-loop control of powder feeding rate, realizes the precise control of the whole process of plasma spraying. No matter how the standard parts are replaced, the PLC of the control system can maintain the reproducibility of the spraying process from one batch of products to the next batch of products. The actual energy control of plasma enables the system to monitor the efficiency of plasma spray gun in real time. This useful parameter enables the system to respond to the working conditions of the system hardware, maintain the plasma control target through adjustment, and warn the operator of the need for maintenance before the components are scrapped.
7700 universal plasma spraying system is the end of closed loop control of plasma spraying process. The application of current control technology enables the system to use Devicenet® Network communication and easy system upgrade through interface with other painting modules. The modular design facilitates operation and maintenance. The unique technical features and friendly menu selection ensure that the operation is simple and repeatable, thus making this medium-grade plasma spraying system the most extensive and inclusive practical equipment.
