Thermal spraying equipment and materials
The 2700 plasma inner hole spray gun is a general production spray gun designed for inner hole spraying. The 2700 is designed to operate at a power of 30 kW, and is sprayed at subsonic speed. The spray angle of the standard nozzle is 45 degrees.
Internal hole plasma spraying is widely used in aerospace industry. For example, nickel base alloy and thermal barrier coating are sprayed on the inner wall of the flame tube. Other applications include spraying wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant coatings on the inner hole or some surfaces that are not easy to spray with ordinary standard spray guns.
2700 can be sprayed with a minimum inner hole diameter of 1.5 in. (38 mm), according to the characteristics of parts and coating materials. The standard inner hole extended spray length is 12 in. (305 mm) and 24 in. (610 mm). Various lengths from 6 in. (152 mm) to 72 in. (1829 mm) can also be provided according to customer requirements.
The 2700 inner hole spray gun is designed based on the SG100 plasma spray gun. Many parts of 2700 and SG-100 are interchangeable. This allows the 2700 to be quickly and easily converted into a SG100 plasma spray gun with 80kW, capable of subsonic, Mach I, and Mach II spraying.
