The 7700 control system is equipped with a user-friendly, computer-based operation interface to ensure simple and reliable operation, which makes the 7700 Plazjet system extremely versatile and extensive in spray technology. The system has the storage function of large-capacity process prescription, which makes the selection of coating simple and can ensure the repeatability of coating without wheel ratio. The spraying data acquisition function is very helpful for the final coating quality, procurement management and cost control calculation.

The operator can set the best parameters in the system. Compared with other common plasma systems, this parameter can be automatically monitored, controlled faster and more accurate.

7700 control system is equipped with advanced PC touch screen workstation with user-friendly operation interface. The workstation is composed of powerful PC/PLC, in which the PLC is used to monitor and automatically control the process parameters. The data from the PLC will be displayed on the PC display screen, and the PC will be used as the storage center. PLC/PC device has system diagnosis function and will remind the operator when the system needs maintenance.

The "process prescription" storage function can store 1000 preprogrammed spraying parameters, which are divided into high and low warning and shutdown parameters, all of which make the selection of coating easy and ensure the incomparable repeatability of coating.

The data acquisition program can provide comprehensive process statistical data for comprehensive analysis of spraying operation process, storage of detailed records and user report support.

The 7700 control system is equipped with a unique net energy Ô control software, which can monitor and control the energy of the plasma arc. The net plasma energy is the actual output energy of the plasma arc. By controlling the net energy of the plasma arc, 7700 can ensure the repeatability of the whole process of coating production in the case of changes in the state of system components or wear.

The net energy (NE) function is realized by the closed-loop control of plasma energy through the adjustment of plasma gas flow and DC current. NE allows the system to respond to the physical state of the plasma process hardware, and automatically adjust the spraying parameters to stabilize the spray gun power. When the parameters exceed the preset limit range, the components have problems, or the components need maintenance, it will send an alarm to the operator.

7700 has the function of controlling plasma spraying process through manual operation (test or development mode) or automatic operation (production mode). Maintenance plan of each system component, with optional Ethernet connection and remote diagnosis function.
