Ball valve spraying system

The first set of commercialized automatic ball valve spraying system developed and produced by our company was successfully installed and debugged at a customer in Jiangsu Province. Through actual testing, the thickness tolerance of the coating is controlled within 0.015mm.

The system includes:

Fully automatic sandblasting system, JP5000 supersonic flame spraying system, fully automatic spraying auxiliary system, etc.

The system automatically controls the whole process of sandblasting and spraying through the ASTBC2000 integrated sandblasting control system and ASTSC2000 integrated spraying control system.

The system uses a large-screen touch-screen operation interface to perform manual or programmed automatic control of each working module of sandblasting and spraying.
