Coating Application Technologies and Spraying Process Technologies Services

We can provide the best spraying equipments and services to customers, but it doesn't mean that they can acquire the best coating, which is due to the specificity of thermal spray technologies. As we all know, thermal spraying technologies stresses experience very much. Besides equipments with superior performance and proper spraying materials, which is basis, to acquire satisfactory coating, it is necessary to combine with proper spraying process. During the operation activities of spraying equipments and materials for almost twenty years, we have understood the importance of service consciousness. In hardware, we have arc spray system, plasma spray system, HP/HVOF spray system, detonation spray system, spray on-line monitor, coating performance test instrument, automatic blasting system, automatic spray guns, and artifact operation system. In personnel, we have eight professional coating engineers and four professional equipment-maintained engineers, so we can provide customers professional and prompt services.

In spraying process technology services, we have ability to provide customers technical support and services, such as coating application research and development, coating process research and development, coating troubleshooting, coating performance testing. According to the specific requests of customers, we can provide professional, prompt, and comprehensive services--- the real one-stop service of providing a coating preparation total solution.

Coating performance evaluation services

Exact evaluation for coating performances is one crucial step in coating quality control.

To improve the evaluation level for coating performances, our coating QC engineers have accepted the training of America METCUT, and have mastered metallographic evaluation, specimen preparation methods of drawing/cutting/abrasing test, and a series of standard procedures of evaluating test process and results. Our QC engineers passed the coating evaluation appraisal of METCUT, and acquired the qualification certificate.

To assist the customers to improve their coating application ability, we can provide coating performance evaluation services.

Coating performance test skills training

To ensure that our customers can operate the equipments in a correct and standard way, besides normal operation and routine maintenance training in end user’s site, customers also can come to our plant for the same training.

When accepting training in our plant, customers will acquire standard training procedure, equipment operation internships and coating performance test skills training. Meanwhile, those who pass appraisal will get original certificate of training.

Equipment maintenance and repair services

To ensure that the equipments we offer can run steadily and normally, we will provide after-sale technical services such as routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
