In order to further improve the hardware configuration of AMS thermal spraying laboratory. Recently, AMS signed a procurement contract for a complete set of coating metallographic and microhardness testing systems with LECO of the United States. It is estimated that the five sets of equipment ordered including cutting, inlaying, polishing, metallographic analysis and microhardness tester will be installed and debugged in April 2007.
The AMS thermal spray laboratory is a laboratory open to our customers. We undertake the development of coating spraying process for customers, training of customer operation and spraying process personnel, process verification of automatic spraying integrated system, etc.
